What are the official check-in and check-out times at Pulso Hotel?

Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be done by noon (12:00).

Does the Pulso Hotel have adjoining apartments available for booking?

Currently, we do not have the option of adjoining apartments.

Are photo shoots allowed in the hotel's common areas?

Photographic shoots or professional filming are not allowed in any of the hotel's common or private facilities. Any exception must be authorized and formalized in advance by the Marketing department. The use of the Pulso brand or geolocation on social networks is allowed only in posts that are not commercial, promotional or advertising, and that do not violate our usage guidelines. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a charge of R$3,000 for published media, in any national or international medium.

Is breakfast included in the rate?

Yes, breakfast served at the restaurant is included in the rate. However, if breakfast is ordered via room service, it will be charged separately.

What is the maximum capacity of guests per accommodation category?

Deluxe: up to 2 adults. We can accommodate a child's crib (CHD) upon availability. Suite: up to 3 guests with the addition of an extra bed (for an additional fee).

Is it possible to request an extra bed? What is the cost and policy?

Yes, we provide an extra bed only for the suites, for an additional fee of R$500.00 + daily fees. Request in advance to ensure availability.

Is the hotel pet friendly? What type of animal is accepted and what are the rules?

Yes, Pulso is pet friendly for small dogs (up to 10 kg). An additional pet fee is charged, and it is necessary to present the updated vaccination card and sign a disclaimer upon check-in.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, Pulso offers valet service for guests and visitors.

How to get to Pulso Hotel from São Paulo's airports?

We are located at Rua Henrique Monteiro, 154 — about 20 minutes from Congonhas Airport and 50 minutes from Guarulhos Airport, during regular traffic hours. Arrival can be made by taxi (available at airports), mobility app (such as Uber or 99), public transport (Fradique Coutinho station 500 meters away) or helicopter (helipads nearby). Our team can assist with guidance, if necessary.

Is the Spa exclusively for guests?

No. The Pulso by L'Occitane Spa is also open to the outside public, upon appointment.

Is the hotel's gym open 24 hours a day?

Yes, the gym is open 24 hours exclusively for guests.

Does the hotel offer sports advice? How does it work?

Yes, we offer sports advice from Monday to Friday, at specific times. Consult our team for the schedule available during your stay.

Sim, o uso das saunas é realizado mediante agendamento prévio. Os horários não são compartilhados com outros hóspedes, garantindo uma experiência privativa.
