This Privacy Policy describes how Hotel Pulso, a member of the Estancorp Network, collects, uses, stores and shares the personal data of its guests and visitors, in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Act (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

• Sensitive Personal Data: Information about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, health data, among others.
• titular: Natural person to whom the personal data refer.
• Comptroller: Person or company responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data.
• Operator: Person or company that performs data processing on behalf of the controller.

We collect personal data provided directly by the owner, such as name, social security number, email, telephone number, payment information and hosting preferences. We may also automatically collect data, such as IP address and browsing data on our site.
